Here is a detailed breakdown of my 3D visualization process, designed to guide you from our initial contact all the way through to final file delivery. This step-by-step approach clearly outlines the project milestones and payment structure, helping you understand the workflow and addressing any questions you may have in advance
Step by Step Guide
1.CONTACT
Do you have a project that needs my rendering services? Please get in touch so we can discuss your requirements together.
2.QUOTE & AGREEMENT
Based on our discussion, I will send you a quote outlining the scope of work and the project price. Alternatively, you can pick one of my 3 provided packages (see my 'Services' page). Once you approve the quote or package, we can move forward.
3.BOOKING CONFIRMATION
I do ask for a 30% deposit in advance prior to starting the work.
4.INFORMATION
Please send all the necessary information to me so I can start working (you can find this information on my 'Services' page)
5.DRAFT RENDERS
Once I have finished creating your design, I will send you low-quality draft renders. You will then be able to review the design and make any necessary changes
6.REVISIONS
All my packages include 2 to 3 FREE revisions for any small changes. Please note that there will be a small fee for any larger changes.
7.FINAL RENDERS
Once you are happy with the design, I will create the final high-quality renders. You will receive either 3 or 4 renders from different angles, depending on the package you choose.
8.THE FILE DELIVERY
The final high-resolution renders will be delivered via a secure Dropbox folder once the final invoice has been paid.
9.INVOICE & FINAL PAYMENT
Once the final renders are complete, I will send my invoice for the remaining balance. For all clients outside the UK, both the deposit and the final invoice will be sent through PayPal
